These are the parts Jobber reports on separately. "Web Application (Jobber Online)" is the website you log in to on a computer; "API & Mobile Application (Jobber App)" is the phone app; Phone Support and Chat Support show whether Jobber's own support lines are working. Jobber's status page also has a Subscribe to updates button that sends you its incident posts by email or text: jobberstatus.net.

If Jobber is down: what the app still does

Jobber's help center describes what the phone app does without a connection. It writes this for a phone with no signal; it doesn't say whether the app behaves the same way when Jobber's own servers are the problem.

• Timers keep running. Visit and clock-in timers work offline, are stored on the phone, and sync once the connection is back. Location (geofenced) timers don't work offline, and past time entries and weekly totals won't load. (Timers and Timesheets in the Jobber App, updated Sep 3, 2026)
• Notes and photos save to the phone. A note or attachment saved offline shows "Waiting to sync until online" and uploads when the connection returns and the app is open. • Don't log out, delete, force-close or update the app while notes are waiting: Jobber says a note waiting to sync is lost if you do.

Is it Jobber, or is it you?

Jobber's status page lists problems Jobber has confirmed, not every slow login. If every line above says Working and Jobber still won't load, open another website to check your own connection, and try the other way in: the website if the app fails, or the app if the website fails. Jobber tracks the two separately, and most of its posted incidents named one or both of them.

Jobber's status page lists 50 incidents from Dec 2, 2025 to Oct 29, 2026. Each row is as Jobber posted it: its title, its own impact label (none, minor, major or critical), and what it said was affected. "How long" runs from Jobber's first post to the post marking it resolved. Times are New York time.
