These are the parts Housecall Pro reports on separately, in its own words. "Pro web" is the website you log in to on a computer, "iOS Mobile App" and "Android mobile app" are the phone apps, and the list also covers text and email notifications, online booking, payment processing and the QuickBooks connections. Housecall Pro's status page has a subscribe option that sends you its incident posts: status.housecallpro.com.
If Housecall Pro is down: what the app still does
Housecall Pro's help center describes an offline mode in its mobile app. It writes this for a phone with no signal; it doesn't say whether the app behaves the same way when Housecall Pro's own servers are the problem.
- Stored jobs can be opened. The app keeps job details on the phone (date and time, customer name and address, customer history, line items, private notes, tags, checklists and attachments). Notes, checklists and attachments are available only if you viewed them on that phone before. (Housecall Pro Mobile FAQ, dated Jan 21, 2026, read Oct 30, 2026)
- Open the job while you have signal. Housecall Pro says to open the job in the app when you have service or Wi-Fi. A job without stored data shows an error, and from the schedule only jobs you have already opened can be viewed. Housecall Pro stores job data up to a limit and drops the oldest first.
- Editing offline is not supported. The help center says editing without cell service or Wi-Fi isn't supported at this time. It lists minimum app versions for offline mode: Android 2024.8.1 and iOS 2024.8.20.
Is it Housecall Pro, or is it you?
Housecall Pro's status page lists problems Housecall Pro has confirmed, not every slow login. If every line above says Working and Housecall Pro still won't load, open another website to check your own connection, and try the other way in: the website if the app fails, or the app if the website fails. Housecall Pro lists the web app and the two phone apps as separate parts, and its help center has a mobile app troubleshooting article for problems on one phone.
