GorillaDesk charges by route, not by user: Basic $49 a month, Pro $99 and Growth $149 for the first route, with unlimited users. Each added route costs $30 to $100 a month depending on the plan. A crew that rides together on one route pays the one-route price.

Priced per route (technician schedule), not per user: unlimited admin, manager, sales and crew users on every plan. Solo techs usually need one route each; crews that ride together can share one.

How GorillaDesk's prices changed

Basic ($49) and Pro ($99) have the same first-route price as in January 2021. Growth appeared at $299 a month in late 2024 and was cut to $149 between Oct 2024 and Mar 2025.
